给纸机的两种技术介绍真空输纸技术是指利用真空吸气吸住纸张来代替原来的压纸轮压住纸张的方法。原纸张从输纸辊出来到达前规，靠的是输纸板上的输纸带和压纸轮的磨擦作用力将纸张向前输送。这样的结构有两个缺点：一是压纸轮的压力不可能每个都调得那么均匀，而且调节完全靠个人感觉，每个人调节的压力都不尽相同，这样就容易造成输纸跑偏，影响到纸张在前规的定位；二是由于纸张是靠输纸带和压纸轮的磨擦作用运动，它们之间不可能保证完全同步，难免有轻微的速差，这样在印刷一些表面要求较高的承印材料如：激光镭射纸、金卡纸等时就容易划伤纸张表面造成废品。采用真空输纸技术以后，纸张被紧紧吸附在真空带上，取消了压纸轮，这样纸张与真空输纸带共同向前运动，只要是两条真空输纸带的线速度一致，纸张就不会跑偏，而且没有了磨擦作用也就避免了纸张的划伤。　　变速输纸技术是印刷机向高速发展的必然产物，它是指纸张从输纸辊出来到前规的过程中速度是可变的。原来的给纸机纸张从输纸辊出来到达前规的整个过程中速度是不变的，只是根据主机速度的快慢变化而变化。随着现代高速印刷机的速度不断提高，纸张在输纸板上　速度也越来越快。这样的缺点有两个：一是纸张高速撞击前规会产生“回弹”现象，造成前规定位不准；二是纸张在前规的定位时间太短。这两种现象都会影响到机器的套准精度。为了解决高速和套准的矛盾，人们发明了变速输纸的技术。其原理是：在主机与给纸机的传动中加装一套变速机构，纸张在从输纸辊出来到前规的大部分时间是与主机相同的高速运动，在到达前规之前150－220mm时减速为原速度的70%左右直至静止。这样就保证了纸张能够更平稳的到达前规定位，从而提高了套准精度。　　已出厂的老给纸机可以改造为真空输纸，减少金卡纸的表面划伤
