地图印刷地图印刷map printing ditu yinshuQ地图印刷(map printing)将印刷版上的图文，通过胶印机转印到纸张或其他载体上，复制成多份地图的技术。是地图复制的最后工序。地图印刷的主要设备是胶印机。按一次可印颜色的数量，分为单色机、双色机、四色机和六色机;按印刷幅面大小，分为四开机、对开机和全开机。印刷速度:四开机每小时可印1 .5万张以上，对开机为8 000一10 000张，全开机约7 000张。印刷时将印刷版装在胶印机的版面滚筒上，通过机械的作用，先滚水后滚油墨。版面图文吸附油墨后，先转印到包有橡皮布的辊筒上，再转印到纸张上。胶印的优点是二减少纸张对印刷版的磨损和水分对套印样张的影响，提高版面耐印力和套印精度。还有一种带有程序控制的四色胶印机，能根据印刷版图文着墨面积，白动调整供墨量和处理水墨平衡。纸张和油墨是印刷的主要材料。纸张的施胶度、机械强度、吸墨性、耐光性、平滑度、洁白度、伸缩率等，必须满足地图生产的要求，通常使用80一150克每平方米的胶印纸。印刷前，在一定的温度和湿度下进行晾纸处理，以减小在印刷中的伸缩变形。为了某些特殊用途，有时采用合成纤维纸、塑料、丝绸等材料印刷。油墨要求耐光性好、着色力强并有良好的透明度，常用的是树脂油墨。印刷时，油墨的粘度、流动性和千燥性，必须调整到与印刷机的速度、环境的温湿度和纸张的特性相适应。(严勉)
