疾病经济负担疾病经济负担 损失量等。一般用时间单位来表示，也可以通过某种间接方式折算为货币值来表示。中国通常采用的折算方法一是用国民收入、人均国民收入折算;二是用工资、平均日工资折算;三是用平均每个劳动日创造的国民收入折算。 影响疾病经济负担的因素，除疾病本身的诊断、治疗复杂程度外，还有:①卫生服务半径。服务范围大，往返交通费增加，并可能会加重病情，从而增加疾病直接经济负担。②物价和工资水平。物价上涨，工资提高，都会增加疾病直接和间接经济负担。③医疗诊断技术。诊断技术的进步，一方面增加疾病直接经济负担;另一方面又降低间接经济负担。④医护人员素质。医护人员技术不佳、责任心不强，发生医疗事故、造成不应有的伤亡，都会增加疾病经济负担。 疾病经济负担是衡量医疗卫生服务社会效益和经济效益的尺度之一。研究和计算疾病经济负担，可以确定卫生事业发展战略目标，为合理筹集、分配和使用卫生资源等提供依据。疾病经济负担疾病、伤残、死亡给社会带来的经济损失以及社会为防治疾病而消耗的经济资源的总和。疾病经济负担分为: 疾病直接经济负担指社会为防治疾病而消耗的经济资源。包括:①卫生机构和卫生人员在提供卫生服务时所耗费的各种费用，如诊疗费、注射处置费、医药费、住院费、预防保健费用等。②病人或卫生服务对象接受卫生服务所支付的除医疗保健费用以外的费用，如病人及陪护人员的往返差旅费、伙食费、营养费等。计算方法是:通过抽样调查，推算出某病每例平均费用负担水平，再乘以该地区居民人口数和患病率，求得该地区某病直接经济负担的总值(目前计算方法尚未统一，有的用发病率或就诊率和就诊住院率取代患病率来推算)。疾病直接经济负担是劳动力维护和培养费用的重要组成部分。 疾病间接经济负担指因疾病伤残、死亡给社会和家庭带来的间接经济损失。包括:①疾病、伤残、死亡损失的工作时间。②陪护人员及亲友探望损失的工作时间。③因疾病、伤残而降低或丧失劳动能力所造成的个人经济损失。④因病伤过早死亡而损失的工作时间。⑤因疾病、伤残、死亡给社会、家庭、亲友带来的其他各种负担和损失。这些损失虽不属于社会和家庭的实际经济支出，但会造成社会劳动力有效时间的直接减少和工作能力的降低，由此而使社会蒙受经济损失、增加经济负担。测算疾病间接经济负担常用的指标有:因病休工天数、休学天数、活动受限制天数和寿命
