对羟基苯甘氨酸分子式:C8H9NO3分子量:167.16CAS号:938-97-6性质:R型(即D型):结晶,熔点240℃ (分解),[α]-158.4°(C=1,1mol/L HCl)。(+/-)型:片状结晶(水),难溶于水,乙醚中不溶,200℃不熔分解。制备方法:用对甲氧基苯甲醛在乙醇中与氰化钠、碳酸氢铵反应,生成对甲氧基苯海因,然后以氢氧化钠溶液水解,得到对甲氧基苯甘氨酸,后者以溴氢酸水解制得该品。用途:羟氨苄青霉素、头孢哌酮等β-内酰胺类抗生素的中间体(用D型)。
