杂色蛤杂色蛤,是贝壳类海产品,隶属帘蛤科,学名菲律宾蛤仔(ruditapes philippinarum),南方俗称花蛤(huage),辽宁称蚬子(xianzi),山东称蛤蜊(gala),日文名:アサリ[あさり]asari,英文名:short necked clam。花蛤广泛分布在我国南北海区,它生长迅速,养殖周期短,适应性强(广温、广盐、广分布),离水存活时间长,是一种适合于人工高密度养殖的优良贝类,是我国四大养殖贝类之一。莆田下尾盛产杂色蛤苗。形态特征:贝壳小而薄,呈长卵圆形。壳顶稍突出,于背缘靠前方微向前弯曲。放射肋细密,位于前、后部的较粗大,与同心生长轮脉交织成布纹状。贝壳表面的颜色、花纹变化极大,有棕色、深褐色、密集褐色或赤褐色组成的斑点或花纹。贝壳内面淡灰色或肉红色,从壳顶到腹面有2~3条浅色的色带。杂色蛤广泛分布在我国沿海,由于杂色蛤生长快,适应力强,养殖方法简便,并具有投资少、见效快、收益大、耗能低、产量高、生产稳定等特点,也是对虾立体养殖的理想品种之一。因而已成为我国主要贝类养殖种类之一。是我国的主要海产经济贝类之一。开发浅海贝类养殖是有广阔的国内外市场前景。杂色蛤肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,物美价廉等特点,煮食、凉拌、爆炒、做馅,味道均佳。除鲜食外,可制罐头、蛤干、原汁带壳真空包装蛤,烤制干蛤,全壳冷冻蛤,生开冷冻蛤,漂烫单体速冻蛤,块冻煮杂色蛤肉,单体冻煮杂色蛤肉等。杂色蛤还可入药,有降压功效。冻煮杂色蛤过程中收集的杂色蛤汁液可提炼杂色蛤油,贝汁是一种高级调味品,杂色蛤壳加工品又是一种高级艺术品,贝壳粉碳酸钙含量在90%以上,是制造中标号和高标号水泥的良好原料。因此,杂色蛤具有很大的开发价值和发展潜力,发展杂色蛤养殖是沿海渔民耕海致富的捷径。
