α-糜蛋白酶分子式:暂无分子量:暂无CAS号:9004-07-3性质:该品是由胰脏中分离制得的一种蛋白酶。白色或类白色结晶状粉末。分子量约25000。制备方法:牛宰杀后1h内取出胰脏,用硫酸在0℃浸取。浸取液用硫酸铵分级盐析,盐析物溶于冷蒸馏水(用硫酸调节pH),再用硫酸铵和氢氧化钠调节pH,使结晶完全,反复溶解,再结晶,得到糜蛋白酶元结晶。将糜蛋白酶元结晶活化、盐析、透析、干燥,即得糜蛋白酶。用途:该品为蛋白分解酶类药物。能促使血凝块、脓性分泌物和环死组织等的液化消除,用于眼科手术以松解睫状韧带、减少创伤性虹膜睫状体炎。亦可用于创口或局部炎症以减少局部分泌和水肿。
