氯化铜  化学式CuCl2。棕黄色固体;熔点620℃,密度3.386克/厘米3(25℃);易溶于水,0℃时的溶解度为70.6克/100克水,还易溶于乙醇和丙酮。常温下,从水溶液中得到的晶体为二水合氯化铜,在氯化氢气流中升温至140~150℃进行干燥,可得无水氯化铜。    浓氯化铜溶液呈黄绿色,表明其中有部分Cu2+形成黄色CuCl娸配离子;稀溶液呈蓝色,由于Cu(H2O)嵆离子所致。氯化铜加热到993℃,便分解成白色的氯化亚铜CuCl:       氯化铜与氨作用,形成深蓝色的铜氨配合物Cu(NH3)嵆;与强碱作用,形成淡蓝色的氢氧化铜Cu(OH)2絮状沉淀;与还原性阴离子如I-、CN-等作用,形成碘化亚铜CuI白色沉淀和Cu(CN)娛配合物:  2Cu2++4I-─→2CuI+I2  2Cu2++6CN-─→2Cu(CN)娛+(CN)2  氯化铜与二氧化硫、Sn2+、铜等作用,还原成氯化亚铜沉淀:       氯化铜在碱性溶液中,能被葡萄糖等还原剂还原成红色的氧化亚铜:  2Cu2++4OH-+C6H12O6─→Cu2O+2H2O+C6H12O7利用此反应可检验糖尿病。    氯化铜可用盐酸作用于氧化铜 CuO或碳酸铜〔实际是碱式碳酸铜Cu(OH)2·CuCO3〕而制得。氯化铜是化学工业和石油工业常用的催化剂。
