卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤  本瘤起源于原始生殖细胞,既能起源于男及女性性腺,又能起源于性腺外。占卵巢肿瘤的25%~30%;其中95%为良性,3%~4%恶性;恶性又占所有卵巢恶性肿瘤15%~20%。大多数发生于青年及儿童,青春期前发生率占60%~90%,绝经期后占4%。按WHO1973年组织学分类,有无性细胞瘤、内胚窦瘤、胚胎癌、多胚胎瘤、绒癌及畸胎瘤等。治疗良性者以手术为主,恶性者手术后常需辅以化疗或放疗,应根据肿瘤分期及组织类型决定。
