成骨细胞    成骨细胞    成骨细胞是骨的形成、骨骼发育与生长的重要细胞,其体积较大,呈立方形或矮柱状,胞浆较丰富,呈强嗜碱性。核大而圆,常位于胞体的一侧,核仁清晰可见。成骨细胞内富于核糖核酸,PAS染色呈阳性反应;碱性磷酸酶染色呈强阳性。成骨细胞可向其周围生生胶原纤维及基质,在未钙化前称为类骨质。类骨质的微纤维间彼此侧向融合,骨盐结晶逐渐沉积,最后类骨质区完全骨质化。成骨细胞在分泌类骨质的过程中逐渐被埋于其中并转变成骨细胞。成骨细胞还能形成基质小泡,其内含有大量的碱性磷酸酶、类脂及小的钙盐结晶体。基质小泡破裂后,碱性磷酸酶能使局部磷酸含量增高。磷脂与钙有很强的亲和力,可使钙盐结晶成为钙化核心,并使钙化范围逐渐扩大,从而导致类骨质的迅速钙化。
