聚全芳香酯树脂复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以聚全芳香酯树脂为基体,以填料填充或以纤维(或其织物)增强的复合材料。聚全芳香酯树脂是一类分子主链全由苯核与酯基组成的高聚物。典型的代表是聚苯酯-聚羟基苯甲酰(也叫羟基苯甲酰聚酯)。它是由对羟基苯甲酸苯酯或其他对羟基苯甲酸的衍生物缩聚而成的线型高聚物。与其他工程塑料相比聚苯酯最大的特点是:它具有似于金属的性能;它的热导率居于所有工程塑料之首,在高温下呈现金属的非黏性流动等。为改进聚苯酯的加工流动性,常制成共聚物的形式,如将羟基苯甲酸与芳香族二酸及芳香二醇进行共聚。共聚物的结晶度低于均聚物,加工容易,便于填充与增强。常用的填料和增强纤维有石墨、碳化硅、铝粉与玻璃纤维。填充量约10%~60%。复合材料制品采用注射、增强注射与模压工艺成型。主要用于制作耐高温、电绝缘制品。尤其是要求尺寸精度高的制品,如半导体、集成电路、真空管用接线柱与插座零部件,高温下耐疲劳、刚性好的耐热线圈骨架,高温下耐摩擦磨耗的轴承,高负荷下的轴承以及其他耐高温自润滑密封制品。
