解脂假丝酵母分子式:CAS号:性质:一种能分解脂肪、石蜡油和石蜡的假丝酵母。细胞卵形(3~5μm)×(5~11μm)至长形(10~20μm)。在加盖片的玉米粉琼脂培养基上可形成假菌丝和真菌丝。在真假菌丝的顶端或中间可见单生、双生或轮生的芽孢子。在液体培养基上长菌醭,底部有菌体沉淀。菌落乳白色、黏湿、无光泽,有时有褶皱,边缘不整齐。不发酵任何糖类,能同化葡萄糖,分解脂肪,胨化牛奶,同化硝酸铵。分布于动植物脂肪及油脂厂、炼油厂、油井等处的土壤中。可用于石油脱蜡和生产脂肪酶、柠檬酸、脂肪酸或单细胞蛋白等。
