刺槐黄素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称刺槐黄素,金合欢素。黄酮类化合物。黄色针状结晶(95%乙醇),熔点263℃。溶于热乙醇,不溶于乙醚,溶于碱中而呈黄色。存在于豆科植物洋槐(刺槐) [Robinia pseudoacacia L.]的叶、马钱科植物密蒙花(Bud-dleja officinalis Maxim)的花穗中。具有维生素P同样作用。能减轻小鼠甲醛性炎症,降低皮肤、小肠血管的通透性及脆性,对乙酰胆碱致痉的小鼠离体小肠有解痉作用,效力为罂粟碱的75%。
