气相色谱/质谱联用分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:一种气相色谱联用技术。既发挥了气相色谱高分离的能力,又发挥了质谱法的高鉴别能力。当一个多组分混合物通过色谱柱分离为各个单一组分,再混同载气经过接口,逐一进入质谱仪的离子源。得到相应的质谱图,便可以对每一组分进行鉴别。从位于离子源出口狭缝处的总离子流检测器检测到离子流信号,经放大后成为色谱图。联用时必须在气相色谱仪和质谱仪之间用分子分离器相连接,以将载气与被测组分分离开来,只让组分分子进入质谱仪,同时起减压作用,使之适应质谱仪高真空要求。其技术特点是:适合于多组分混合物中未知物的定性鉴定;可以判断化合物的分子结构;可以准确测定未知组分的摩尔质量,可以鉴别出部分分离甚至未分离开的色谱峰;易于实现收集、贮存、处理、解释有关信息的计算机化。
