卵透明带抗原卵透明带抗原 生理名。为存在于卵泡透明带上具有抗原性的物质。透明带是包绕在卵子表面的一层糖蛋白，其中糖与蛋白的比例在不同种的动物中有很大差别，目前仅对小鼠、兔和猪的透明带组成有较详细的研究。如猪卵透明带由三种蛋白组成，其分子量 分别为90000～92000、65000～70000及55000～60000，组成氨基酸成分有18种，它具有蛋白质的四级空间结构，形成了能产生免疫反应的复杂分子结构。目前认为卵透明带的抗原性强，与载体蛋白结合后免疫动物可诱发产生抗体，这些抗体能与动物体内的卵透明带起反应，其结合部位(即抗原决定簇部位)是糖蛋白中的糖分子。这个部位的分子组成与排列有种属间特异性，但在有些动物中是类似的，故可有种属间交叉反应 性，如猪与人的卵透明带之间有交叉抗原性。卵透明带还具有较强的组织特异性，即抗透明带 抗体，它对卵巢及透明带有特异性反应，而与机体其他组织间无明显交叉反应。卵透明带免 疫的抗生育作用机制尚不清楚，一般认为是由于透明带抗体遮盖了卵透明带表面的精子受体 ，阻碍了精子对其受体的识别，从而阻止了精卵结合；或由于抗体使透明带的结构稳定化， 抵抗精子顶体酶的作用，阻止精子的穿透，即使受精过程已经完成，由于透明带的结构稳定，也可使胚泡被禁锢在透明带内而不能着床。在猪卵透明带主动免疫动物的实验中，发现有卵巢损伤，所以目前对卵透明带免疫避孕的研究的发展趋势是对透明带抗原的提纯问题。
