磷酸肌醇分子式:CAS号:性质:一类磷酸肌醇的总称,它包括1-磷酸肌醇[inositol-1-phosphate,Ins 1-P]、1,4-二磷酸肌醇[inositol-1,4-bisphosphate,Ins 1-(1,4)P2]和1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇(inositol-1,4,5-triphosphosate,IP3)等。它们在体内来自于磷脂酰肌醇类物质的酶解(如磷脂酶C)。迄今在细胞内已发现了近20种不同的磷酸肌醇,其中有很多种磷酸肌醇都起着信息物质的重要作用。最重要的为三磷酸肌醇(IP3),它是三磷酸磷脂肌醇(triphosphoinositide)的酶解物。其主要作用是诱发Ca2+从胞内储库中释放出来,瞬间增加胞液中Ca2+浓度。因为这一过程是基于Ca2+是一种广泛存在的胞内信使物质,所以此举能使细胞反应起着重要调节作用,并且它与二脂酰甘油酯(diacylglycerol)的调节作用有互补的关系。主要用作生化试剂。
