肌酸激酶分子式:CAS号:性质: 又称磷酸肌酸激酶。其系统名称:ATP(腺苷三磷酸):肌酸N-磷酸转移酶。属于磷酸转移酶类(phosphotransferases)中一个组群,来源不同、分子组成也不尽相同。专司(可逆性)催化腺苷二磷酸(ADP)和磷酸肌酸转化为ATP和肌酸的一类酶(催化该反应中标准自由能变化:ΔG=12.56kJ即(3.0kcal)。EC2.7.3.2.。在生物中广泛存在于动物的骨骼肌、脑、心等组织和器官中,故兔、鸡、牛肌肉、脑、心脏等是提取该类酶很好原料。该酶分子量8×104,有两个亚基(分子量4×104)构成。从肌、脑来源的已有结晶制品。它在胞内主要存在于线粒体内膜的外表面。其底物通常为肌酸(递反应中)、ADP、磷酸肌酸,三者的米氏常数Km(mmol/L)分别为0.6、19和5。鉴于它是将磷酸肌酸的高能磷酸基转移至ADP使之成为生物能物质中的ATP,所以它是生物体内的生物能产生系统之一,特别对于肌肉运动具有重要生物学意义。在细菌中因缺乏磷酸原之一,即磷酸肌酸,故存在另一个磷酸原物质,即磷酸精氨酸,为此在细菌中只存在有精氨酸激酶(EC 2.7.3.3。)功能与肌酸激酶相同。
