核酸(nucleicacid)核酸(nucleicacid)由单核苷酸聚合而成的活细胞中最关键的生物大分子,有DNA和RNA两大类,其组成戊糖不同,碱基则大同小异,DNA是遗传物质基础,RNA起遗传信息表达作用,它直接参与蛋白质的合成。一个核苷酸由三部分组成:碱基、核糖和磷酸。碱基与核糖由核苷键联结成核苷,磷酸与核苷以酯键联结成核苷酸,核苷酸之间由磷酸二酯键聚合成核酸长链。核苷酸参与组成某些辅酶和作为生物能载体的二磷酸核苷(ADP)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)等,而环状核苷酸(如环腺苷酸cAMP和环-磷酸鸟苷cGMP)是代谢调节中的重要“第二信使”。DNA的二级结构是两条互补的、反向平行的核苷酸链互相盘绕而成的双螺旋。RNA基本上是单股分子,仅局部呈双螺旋结构,分子量比DNA小得多,存在不大的碱基配对区,有转移RNA(tRNA)、信使RNA(mRNA)和核蛋白体RNA(rRNA)。核酸是高分子量、高黏度、易沉降、等电点低的酸性物质,在波长260nm下呈最大紫外吸收。核酸常与蛋白质结合成核蛋白,比较重要的核组蛋白有染色质、核蛋白体和病毒等。
