双层组织 由表、里两个系统的经纱分别与表、里两个系统的纬纱交织,在结构上形成上、下两层织物重叠的织物组织。表经、表纬构成织物上层,称表组织;里经、里纬构成织物下层,称里组织。连接表、里两层织物称接结。接结有多种方法:①由里经与表纬接结(下接上),表经与里纬接结(上接下)或两者同时接结(联合接结),使双层组织的表、里层织物连结成一体。②另加一系统经纱或纬纱进行接结。③表、里经纱或纬纱交替变换上下位置进行接结。这一类双层组织的表、里经、纬采用异色纱线,使织物的正反两面纹彩并茂。④表、里层组织局部接结和局部不接结脱开。⑤应用双层组织结构,仅在织物的一侧或两侧进行接结。织制双层组织的织物时,表、里经、纬的排列可以分别根据织物设计要求的纱号、色泽和织机型式等因素确定。双层组织主要用以织制较厚实的大衣呢、工业用毛毯等织物。消防用水龙带和人造血管为管状双层组织。
