移动床分子式：CAS号：性质：是固体与流体连续接触的一种床层，固体粒子从床层上部加入，靠本身重力向下移动，然后从底部排出。流体与固体的接触可以是逆流或并流。与固定床相比固体、流体可实现连续操作，催化剂可连续再生；可采用固体载热体与流体进行热量交换。移动床与流动床相比固体颗粒的形状和粒径不受限制；颗粒间磨损较弱；固体颗粒与气体的逆向混合较弱；固体与气体的流量比可在较大范围内变化。缺点是对固体颗粒的强度要求较高；床层温度不均匀。可应用于固体与流体间的传热、传质和化学反应等操作过程。
