芳烃抽提  也称芳烃萃取,用萃取剂从烃类混合物中分离芳烃的液液萃取过程。主要用于从催化重整和烃类裂解汽油中回收轻质芳烃(苯、甲苯、各种二甲苯),有时也用于从催化裂化柴油回收萘,抽出芳烃以后的非芳烃剩余物称抽余油。轻质芳烃与相近碳原子数的非芳烃沸点相差很小(如苯80.1℃,环己烷80.74℃,2,2,3-三甲基丁烷80.88℃),有时还形成共沸物,因此实际上不能用精馏方法分离。利用芳烃在某些溶剂中溶解度比非芳烃大的特点,采用液液萃取方法可以回收纯度很高的芳烃。常用萃取剂有二乙二醇醚(二甘醇)、三乙二醇醚(三甘醇)、四乙二醇醚(四甘醇)、环丁砜等,也用二甲基亚砜、Ν-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-甲酰基吗啉等(见表)。1952年美国环球油品公司开发以二乙二醇醚为溶剂的尤狄克斯(Udex)法抽提芳烃,在休斯敦投产后,广为应用。    芳烃在重整汽油中含量高,不含烯烃、硫化物等杂质,处理较易。裂解汽油中含较多的二烯烃、烯烃、苯乙烯及少量的含硫、氮、氧的有机物,二烯烃很易聚合,硫化物很难从芳烃中除去。因此,从裂解汽油中抽提芳烃之前,必须进行二段加氢处理,以除去上述杂质。    工艺流程以二乙二醇醚处理催化重整汽油(见图)为例。原料在抽提塔中与溶剂逆流接触进行萃取,温度125~140℃,溶剂对原料比约15:1。抽提塔底物含溶解在溶剂中的芳烃,将后者送入汽提塔(见解吸)与溶剂分离,塔底的溶剂循环去抽提塔,塔顶产物送入芳烃水洗塔洗去残余溶剂后即为纯芳烃混合物。抽提塔顶的非芳烃,送水洗塔洗除残余溶剂。两个水洗塔底均为水与溶剂,去溶剂回收塔,蒸出水后,塔底溶剂去抽提塔循环使用。
