神经毒性神经毒性 化疗中应用长春碱类药物对周围神经有明显毒性,引起周围神经炎,表现为运动、感觉障碍;在自主神经方面,可出现肠道功能紊乱。顺铂具有听神经毒性,表现为耳鸣和听力丧失,特别在高频范围内。听力丧失可为单侧,似乎与大剂量用药无关。鞘内注射大剂量甲氨蝶呤可引起中枢系统毒性,表现为脑膜刺激征、意识障碍、脑功能进行性衰退。当出现中枢神经损害或较明显的外周神经毒性时,应及时停药。一旦出现神经损害,目前尚无有效的治疗手段。
