半胱胺分子式:C2H7NS分子量:77.15CAS号:60-23-1性质:白色结晶。熔点99-100℃。易溶于水及醇,呈碱性反应,在空气中易氧化成为二硫化物。游离碱极不稳定,一般制成盐酸盐[156-57-0]。制备方法:由乙醇胺与溴化氢加成得β-溴化乙胺,再于硫酸存在下与二硫化碳环合,最后水解而得。此法反应容易控制,对设备要求不高,适于工业采用。另外,由环乙胺与硫化氢加成,亦可制得。用途:医药、农药、化妆品的中间体。
