杂交瘤细胞分子式:CAS号:性质:用一种肿瘤细胞与另一种体细胞,如淋巴细胞融合,所形成的杂交细胞。其染色体来源于双亲细胞,因此既具有肿瘤细胞无限增殖的能力,也具有淋巴细胞的一些特性,如产生抗体的能力。目前应用的淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术主要包括两种,一是B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,即用骨髓瘤细胞与B淋巴细胞进行融合,其产物为抗体分子;二是T淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,即用T细胞肿瘤细胞与T淋巴细胞进行融合,其产物为具有不同生物学特性的T细胞杂交瘤细胞和各种淋巴因子。通常人们所说的杂交瘤技术或单克隆抗体技术都是指B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,即单克隆抗体的制备和应用技术。
