放线菌放线菌actinomycetes原核生物中的一个类群。因其菌落呈放射状而得名,在分类学上被认为是广义细菌中的1个目——放线菌目。大多有基内菌丝和气生菌丝,少数无气生菌丝,多数产生分生孢子,有些形成孢囊和孢囊孢子。绝大多数放线菌革兰氏染色呈阳性。放线菌是最主要的抗生素产生菌,其中的链霉菌属所产生的抗生素占总数的2/3以上。放线菌在甾体的转化、石油的脱蜡、污水的处理等方面也有广泛的用途,在自然界的氮素循环中也起着一定的作用。放线菌中也有致病菌,如牛放线菌,在口颊、齿龈等部位发生损伤时能侵入组织内,引起放线菌病。
