血清素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称血清素。它是在某些软体动物、节肢(蜘蛛和甲壳虫)动物的血淋巴中发现的一种游离的蓝色呼吸色素。血蓝蛋白含两个直接连接多肽链的铜离子,与含铁的血红蛋白类似,它易于氧结合,也易与氧解离,是已知的惟一可与氧可逆结合的铜蛋白,氧化时呈青绿色,还原时呈白色。其分子量450 000~130 000。节肢动物的血蓝蛋白一条多肽链与一分子氧结合,含铜量0.17%;软体动物的血蓝蛋白一条多肽链则与6分子氧结合,含铜量0.025%。铜以二价形式与蛋白直接结合。血蓝蛋白有多种催化作用,特别是变性后,在特定条件下具有多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶和脂氧化酶等活性。
