杂交杂交hybridization;cross;crossing遗传学中经典的也是常用的实验方法。通过不同的基因型的个体之间的交配而取得某些双亲基因重新组合的个体的方法。一般情况下,把通过生殖细胞相互融合而达到这一目的过程称为杂交;而把由体细胞相互融合达到这一结果的过程称为体细胞杂交。杂交产生的后代称为杂种。不同种属之间,或是地理上远缘的种内亚种之间个体的交配称为远缘杂交,所得个体称为远缘杂种。相反地,亲缘关系极近的个体间杂交称为近亲交配,或称近交,包括兄妹杂交、半兄妹杂交等等(见近亲结婚)。近交可以用来建立纯系。同一个体或同一无性繁殖系的个体间交配称为自交。除自交之外的一切交配,不论亲体双方的基因型有无差异都属于异交。杂交的亲代用符号P表示。交配符号写作×,所得杂种称子一代,以F1表示。子一代自交(以符号Ä表示)所得后代称子二代(F2),依此类推。作为母体(指动物)或母本(指植物)的亲代个体以符号♀表示,一般写在杂交符号×的左边;作为父体(或父本)的亲代个体以♂表示,一般写在×的右边。回交指子一代个体与其亲代个体之一的杂交。用于回交的亲代称轮回亲本。测交为孟德尔所首创。杂种个体和纯合隐性品系个体的杂交。亲体双方只有一对等位基因差异的杂交方式称为单因子杂交,所得杂种称为单元因子杂种。研究单因子杂种后代便可以确定性状的显隐性关系并可以由此发现致死突变和减数分裂驱动等异常遗传现象。亲体双方有两对等位基因差异的杂交方式称为双因子杂交,所得杂种称双因子杂种。研究双因子杂种后代的分离比,在分析基因的相互作用、连锁交换和确定基因连锁群等方面具有重要意义。正反交是两个品系或两种基因型的个体交替作为母本和父本所进行的两次杂交,正反杂交法一般可用于检测染色体外遗传。
