泥鳅【通用名称】泥鳅【其他名称】泥鳅 (《滇南本草》) 【异名】鳛、鳅(《尔雅》)，鳅鱼(《本草拾遗》)，和鳅(《泉州本草》)。 【来源】为鳅科动物泥鳅的肉或全体。 【动物形态】泥鳅 体细长，长约15厘米，前段略呈圆筒形，后部侧扁，腹部圆。头尖，吻部向前突出。口小，下位，呈马蹄形。唇软，具有细皱纹和小突起，眼小。须5对；吻须1对，上下颌须各2对，吻须和上颌须之长均与吻长相等，下颌须外侧的1对其长为上颌须长的1／2，而为内侧1对的2倍。鳞极细小，圆形，埋于皮下，侧线鳞150左右，头部无鳞。背鳍Ⅱ7，无硬刺，起点在腹靖之前或相对。臀鳍Ⅱ5～6，起点在背鳍末端之后。腹鳍短小。尾鳍圆形，尾柄上下边缘向外扩展。体背及两侧灰黑色，体部、头部和各鳍上均有许多黑色斑点，背鳍和尾鳍鳍膜上的斑点排列成行，尾柄基部有一黑点，其它各鳍灰白色。 栖于湖泊、池塘、沟渠和水田中，喜居于静水底层。除西部高原地区外，全国南北各地均有分布。 本动物皮肤中分泌的粘液(泥鳅滑液)亦供药用，另详专条。 【化学成分】可食部每100克含水分83克，蛋白质9.6克，脂肪3.7克，碳水化物2.5克，灰分1.2克；又含钙28毫克，磷72毫克，铁0.9毫克。 肉的脂肪中，含脂肪酸1.3～2.5%。 全体100克中含维生素A-70国际单位，维生素A原90国际单位，维生素B1-30微克，B2-440微克，尼克酸4.0毫克。 【性味】甘，平。 ①《滇南本草》："味酸甘。" ②《医学入门》："甘，温，无毒。" ③《纲目》："甘，平，无毒。" 【归经】①《本草求真》："入脾。" ②《本草撮要》："入手太阴经。" 【功用主治】补中气，祛湿邪。治消渴，阳痿，传染性肝炎，痔疾，疥癣。 ①《滇南本草》："煮食治疮癣，通血脉而大补阴分。" ②《医学入门》："补中，止泄。" ③《纲目》："暖中益气，醒酒，解消渴。" ④《随息居饮食谱》："杀虫。" ⑤《四川中药志》："利小便。治皮肤瘙庠，疥疮发痒。" 【用法与用量】内服：煮食或烧存性入散剂。外用：烧存性研末调敷。 【选方】①治消渴饮水无度：泥鳅鱼十头(阴干，去头尾，烧灰，碾细为末)，干荷叶(碾细为末)。上二味等分。每服各二钱匕，新汲水调下，遇渴时服，日三，候不思水即止。(《圣济总录》沃焦散) ②治阳事不起：泥鳅煮食之。(《濒湖集简方》) ③治黄疸湿热小便不利：泥鳅炖豆腐食。 ④治久疮不愈合：泥鳅醋炙为末，掺患处。 ⑤治上下肢肌肉隆起处肿痛：泥鳅合食盐、冷饭拉捣敷患处。(③方以下出《泉州本草》) ⑥调中收痔：鳅鱼同米粉煮奠食。(吴球) ⑦治湿热皮肤起疹发痒：泥鳅、鱼鳅串、侧耳根、蒲公英。共炖汤服。(《四川中药志》) ⑧治疥癣发痒：泥鳅、侧耳根、鱼鳅串、老君须、一枝箭。共炖汤服。(《四川中药志》) 【临床应用】治疗传染性肝炎 取活泥鳅放清水中养1天，使其肠内容物排净，然后用干燥箱烘干(温度100℃为宜)研粉，每次10克，日服3次。治疗40例，24例自觉症状消失，肝脾肿大消退，肝功能恢复正常；3例自觉症状基本消失，肝缘在肋下0.5～1厘米以内，肝功能基本恢复正常(麝浊1单位以下、麝絮"+"、脑絮"++")；3例自觉症状基本消失，肝缘在肋下1～2厘米以内，肝功能改善；5例无效。曾将20例黄疸型传染性肝炎分两组对照观察，结果泥鳅粉治疗组7例临床治愈，平均治愈天数为25.8天；保肝疗法对照组4例临床治愈，平均治愈天数38天。泥鳅粉对促使黄疸消退及转氨酶下降，比较明显，尤以急性肝炎更为显著；对肝功能其他项目的恢复，也较一般保肝药物治疗为快；对迁延型和慢性肝炎的肝功能也有较明显的改善作用。
