磷酸喹哌,哌喹,喹哌 ,磷酸哌喹药物名称:双喹哌英文名:Piperaquine别名: 抗矽-14;磷酸喹哌,哌喹,喹哌 ,磷酸哌喹外文名:Piperaquine 适应症: 本品的抗疟作用与氯奎相类似。主要用于疟疾症状的抑制性预防,也可用于疟疾的治疗。此外,并有延缓矽肺病情进展的作用,现正试用于矽肺的防治。 用量用法: 1.抑制性预防疟疾:每月服600mg(盐基)1次,睡前服,可连服3~4个月,但不宜超过6个月。 2.治疗疟疾:本药对于抗氯奎性恶性疟有根治作用,但作用缓慢,宜在奎宁、青蒿素类或咯奈啶控制症状后续用本品,首次服600mg(盐基),第2、3日分别服600及300mg(盐基),总量1200~1500mg(盐基)。 3.矽肺的防治:预防:每次服500mg,10~15日1次,1个月量1000~1500mg。治疗:每次500~750mg,每周1次,1个月量2000mg。以6个月为1疗程,间歇1个月后,进行第2疗程,总疗程约3~5年。 注意事项: 服药后偶有头昏、嗜睡、乏力、胃部不适、面部和嘴麻木感,轻者一般休息后能自愈。肝功能不全及孕妇慎用。 规格: 片剂:每片含哌喹盐基250mg或含磷酸哌喹300mg。类别:抗疟药
