五倍子五倍子Chinesegallnut五倍子蚜虫在寄主植物复叶的叶轴、叶翅和小叶上营瘿繁殖成疣状虫瘿的总称。又称盐肤子、酸倍、乌倍子等。主产于中国,是传统出口产品。朝鲜、日本和印度也有少量出产。五倍子蚜在中国主要有角倍蚜、圆角倍蚜、倍花蚜、红倍花蚜、肚倍蚜和倍蛋蚜等。此外五倍子生产还必须有夏寄主植物(盐肤木类)和冬寄主植物(提灯藓属)。五倍子蚜虫在夏寄主植物上营瘿,在冬寄主植物上越冬,缺少其中之一就结不出五倍子。五倍子商业上分为三大类:①角倍。包括角倍、圆角倍。形状变异殊大,因倍壳上有若干棱角突起,故称。幼嫩倍子为淡绿色,成熟时呈黄白色,贮久后呈浅棕色。②肚倍。包括肚倍、蛋肚倍、米倍和倍蛋等。这类虫瘿外形如蛋,大小悬殊,幼嫩时呈淡黄色,成熟时黄白色,烘干后呈黄褐色。③倍花。包括倍花、红倍花等。五倍子之一——角倍五倍子倍子壁部组织分3层:最外层为无数细胞组织而成的表皮层,第二层为薄膜细胞组织层,最内层为营养组织层,供给蚜虫营养。新鲜五倍子壁部含乳汁很多,富有弹性,风干后成脆性。倍子的化学成分因品种而异,如角倍的组成为:五倍子单宁56.0%,没食子酸2.0%,鞣花酸和双没食子酸2.0%,叶绿素0.7%,酒精浸出物2.5%,树胶2.5%,淀粉2.0%,纤维素10.9%,木质素9.0%,糖、蛋白质和无机盐等1.3%,水分10.5%。五倍子的主要加工产品有:①工业单宁酸,含单宁酸80%以上,主要用于稀有金属冶炼、防腐、蓝黑墨水配制等。②医药用单宁酸,为淡黄色无定形粉末,灰分在0.2%以下,主要用于药物制剂、鞣酸蛋白生产等。③试剂单宁酸,主要用于分析钽、铀等稀有元素的化学试剂,彩色荧光屏的光敏抗蚀剂、感光材料的防翳剂等。④没食子酸和焦性没食子酸,两者都是重要的化工原料。
