氨基脲分子式:CH5N3O分子量:75.07CAS号:57-56-7性质:白色片状结晶。熔点96℃。易溶于水,不溶于乙醇和乙醚。易潮解。制备方法:1.尿素-水合肼合成法由尿素与水合肼缩合而得。将40%的水合肼和尿素按摩尔比1.515:1投入反应锅中混合,搅拌加热,于95-103℃回流8h。降温过滤,得氨基脲水溶液,可直接用于有机合成。有时候也将氨基脲水溶液加盐酸,放置后过滤,得到盐酸氨基脲[CAS:563-41-7]。盐酸氨基脲的熔点为175℃。2.硫酸肼-氰酸钠法硫酸肼与氰酸钠反应制得。用途:有机合成原料,也是医药、农药的中间体和测定醛、酮的试剂。用于生产呋喃西啉、硝基呋喃妥因等药物。
