包埋培养分子式:CAS号:性质:细胞固定化培养的一种。首先用于微生物发酵,具有保护性强、可重复使用、易于连续操作、生长速度快、产品较纯等优点。对于动物细胞,无论是悬浮和贴壁生长的细胞都适用。细胞生长密度高,抗剪切力和抗污染能力强。对悬浮培养的细胞常用海藻酸钙包埋,对贴壁生长的细胞常用胶原包埋。包埋培养的操作步骤简单,条件温和,细胞和多聚物或单体混合,随着凝胶的形成,细胞嵌入多聚物的网格中。有许多多聚物可采用,如聚丙烯酰胺、聚氨酯、海藻酸盐、卡拉胶、琼脂糖等,故通常可选择合适的系统,使细胞处于活性状态。它也存在一些缺点,如扩散限制,并非所有细胞都能接触最佳基质浓度。由于大分子基质不能渗透通过多聚物网格,因而有一些物质被排斥在外。
