纤维蛋白纤维蛋白fibrin 由纤维蛋白原在凝血酶的作用下转变而形成的一种细丝状蛋白质。纤维蛋白原是由三种肽链的二个亚单位组成,即〔α(A)β(B)γ〕2。经凝血酶作用后,在两条多肽链(α和β)的N末端的精甘键被切断而转变成纤维蛋白单体,即(α、β、γ)2,分解出两对带有负电荷的纤维蛋白肽(A或B)。由于纤维蛋白单体表面的负电荷减少,相互聚合成纤维蛋白〔(α、β、γ)2〕n。因子Ⅻ不具活性,在凝血酶作用下转变为Ⅻa,具有转谷氨酰胺酶的活性,在钙参与下,使纤维蛋白单体上的一条谷氨酸旁链与另一条纤维蛋白单体上的赖氨酸交叉连接,使原来可溶性的纤维蛋白变成不溶性。
