冲蚀冲蚀erosion corrosion ehongsh-冲蚀(erosion corrosion)金属材料表面与腐蚀流体冲刷的联合作用,而引起材料局部的金属腐性。在发生这种腐蚀时,金属离子或腐蚀产物因受高速腐蚀流体冲刷而离开金属材料表面,使新鲜的金属表面与腐蚀流体直接接触,从而加速了腐蚀过程。若流体中悬浮较硬的固体颗粒,则将加速材料的损坏。一般说来,流体的速度愈高,流体中悬浮的固体颗粒愈多、愈硬,冲刷腐蚀速度愈快。腐蚀介质流动速度又取决于流动方式:层流时,由于流体的粘度,在沿管道截面有一种稳态的速度分布;湍流时,破坏了这种稳态速度分布,这不仅加速了腐蚀剂的供应和腐蚀产物的迁移,而且在流体与金属之间产生切应力,能剥离腐蚀产物,从而加大了冲蚀速度。因此,在管道的拐弯处及流体进入管道或贮罐处容易产生这种破坏。另外,金属表面成膜的特征也可以影响冲蚀速度。硬的、致密的、连续的、粘附性强的膜冲蚀速度小,反之则大。抑制或减少冲蚀的措施是:选择耐蚀性和耐磨性好的材料;改变腐蚀环境如添加缓蚀剂,过滤悬浮固体粒子,降低温度,减小流速和湍流;采用栖牲阳极作阴机保护等。 (1陈树俊l)
