防渗墙防渗墙cutoff wall  fangshenq一ang防渗墙(eutoff wall)利用专用机具在Ile1坝的松散透水地基中造孔,往孔内灌注混凝土或水泥粘土砂浆等而建成的地下防渗建筑物。防渗墙是分段建造的,一个槽孔建成一个墙段,许多墙段连续成一整道墙,故也称其为地下连续墙。墙的顶部与闸坝中的防渗体相连接,墙的两端直接与岸边或与岸边的防渗设施相连接,墙的底部嵌入弱风化基岩或不透水地层中一定深度,从而可以较为彻底地截断地下渗流,大大减少渗透流量。对于保证松散透水地基的渗透稳定和闸坝安全起着重要作用。20世纪50年代以前,世界各国对于闸坝的松散透水地基的防渗处理大都采用开挖到岩基、再修筑混凝土截水墙或粘土截水槽的方法。遇到深厚松散透水地基时这种方法工程量较大,工期长,造价高,施工困难。50年代初期,不用开挖方法在松散透水地基中建成的多种类型的防渗墙相继出现,后来被广泛应用于水利水电工程建设中。中国从 1958年开始建造防渗墙,至1984年底已建成各种类型的防渗墙50万平方米,是世界上成墙面积较多的国家之一。防渗墙的具体名称一般用墙体材料的名称来命名。如钢筋混凝土防渗墙、混凝土防渗墙、粘土防渗墙、自凝灰浆防渗墙、泥砾料防渗墙等。也有用施工工艺的特点来命名的,如泥桨槽防渗墙、板桩灌注防渗墙等。 防渗墙的设计一般包括:墙体材料的选择、渗透计算、结构应力计算、寿命计算、周边与其它防渗体连接的细部构造等。一道防渗墙的厚度一般是相等的。深度受基岩面起伏的控制,一般是不等的。世界各国已经建成的防渗墙的厚度为0.2一3.0米,最大深度131米。防渗墙的施工程序可分为:造孔前准备工作,造孔,终孔验收,清孔,清孔验收,灌注或填筑墙体材料(包括埋入各种观测仪器),全墙质量检查与验收,与坝体中防渗体的连接等。造孔作业累计耗用工期往往占防渗墙总工期的60一95%,因此,造孔速度的快慢直接决定着防渗墙总工期的长短。事先根据防渗墙的类型及工程地质与水文地质条件,合理地选用造孔机械,是优质、快速进行造孔作业,缩短防渗墙总工期的关键。常用的造孔机械有:各种类型的冲击式钻机、回转式钻机、潜水式钻机、抓斗、索铲、反铲挖土机等。 防渗墙不仅用在水利水电工程中,还可作为承重墙或挡土墙广泛应用于工业及城市建筑工程中。由于建造防渗墙属于地下隐蔽工程项目,施工工艺较为复杂,要求质量较为严格,故世界各国均由专业化地下工程公司承包施工。 (陶景良)
