李家峡水电站李家峡水电站Lijiaxia Hydropower Station  L一J一ox{0 Sh一月dlonzhor〕李家峡水电站(Lijiaxia Hydropower Station) 位于中国黄河干流上游青海省尖扎县和化隆县的交界处,距上游龙羊峡水电站108.6 km.至兰青铁路平安骚车站78 km。工程以发电为主、兼顾灌溉.装机容量2000 MW,保证出力581 MW,年发电1 59亿kw·h,第一期工程装机容量1600 MW(4 X 400Mw)。水电站以5回330 kV输电线路接人西北电力系统,供电青海、甘肃、陕西和宁夏4省区。水库淹没耕地5039亩,迁移人口3196人。工程于1988年4月正式开工,1997年2月第一台机组投产,1999年一期工程竣工。 水文和水库特性坝址以上流域面积13.7万kmZ,多年平均流量664 m3/5.多年平均年径流量209.4亿m,。经龙羊峡水库调节后,千年一遇设计洪水流量4940 m3/S,万年一遇校核洪水7220 m3/s,总库容17.5亿m,,正常蓄水位Z18Om,死水位2178m,调节库容0.6亿m“,具有日调节性能。 坝址地形和地质坝址地震基本烈度为VI度。大坝按8度设防。坝址为“V”型河谷,两岸地形基本对称。左坝肩冲沟发育,山体单薄,呈三面临空形态。右岸山体较雄厚。坝址基岩为前震旦纪条带状混合岩夹片岩,并有伟晶花岗岩脉穿插。层状变质岩岩层倾向上游偏右岸,倾角40“一500。新鲜基岩质地坚硬,完整性好。坝址区扭性、扭张性高倾角的顺河断层和层间挤压破碎带较发育。坝址右岸上游工号切层滑坡.左岸上游I号顺层滑坡和下游左岸m号滑坡对工程影响较大。I号滑坡690万m3,采用上部开挖卸荷和弃渣压脚的处理措施。I号滑坡184。万m”,对稳定性差的下游地段采用上部开挖卸荷处理,.号滑坡位于出线站和下游消能区的左岸,总方量390万m3,其中一1号滑坡在施工中局部坍滑,后期利用膜袋混凝土和锚索、锚杆进行了加固和保护。 枢纽布置水电站枢纽由混凝土双曲拱坝,泄水建筑物,引水发电建筑物及西岸渠首等建筑物组成,见图。 混凝土双曲拱坝坝顶弧长414.4m,坝顶高程2185m,最大坝高155m,最大底宽46m。左岸2157主体工程土石方开挖328万m3,土石方坟筑17.m3,棍凝土浇筑254万m3,钢筋、俐材及金属结}8.8万t。 设计和施工单位西北勘侧设计研究院设计国水利水电第四工程局施工.万约中m以上为重力墩,拱坝左、中、右三圆弧最大中心角和半径分别为19.95。、56。、22.03。和408 m、145 m、408 m。左右岸各设1条中孔泄水道,弧门尺寸均为8m×10 m,进口底坎高程2120 m,泄槽水流最大流速40m/s,设计流量2190 m。/s,校核流量2210 m。/s。左岸设1条底孔泄水道,弧门尺寸为5 m×7 m,进口底坎高程2100 m,设计泄流量1lOO m。
