砂浆砂浆mortar  shajiang砂浆(mortar)由胶凝材料、细骨料(又称细集料)、水(有的不用水)等按适当比例配制而成的建筑材料。常以薄层使用,起粘结、传递应力、衬垫以及表面装饰和防护作用。主要用于砌筑砖、石、砌块和表面拌灰等。也可用于制作薄壁制品。 砂浆按胶凝材料不同,主要可分为:水泥砂浆,一般适于砌筑处于潮湿环境或水中的砌体,环境湿度较大的墙面及地下建筑拌灰,以及用于制作钢丝网水泥制品等。石灰砂浆,一般适于砌筑强度要求不高、处于干燥环境的砌体、墙面或顶棚抹灰。混合砂浆,掺有适量混合材料的水泥和石灰砂浆,可塑性好,还节省水泥或石灰用量,但抗冻性、耐水性有所下降。沥青砂浆,由沥青材料与石粉、细骨料加热拌匀、经铺筑、碾压或捣实而成。用于铺筑路面、防水层、伸缩缝以及耐蚀地面等。树脂砂浆,由合成树脂加入固化剂、粉料和细骨料等调制而成。常用作防腐蚀、抗冲磨护面以及修补缝穴等。聚合物水泥砂浆,以聚合物(或单体)和水泥共同作为胶凝材料的一种砂浆。主要用作铺面、防水层、粘结剂以及防腐衬里等。砂浆按用途不同,还可分为砌筑砂浆、抹面砂浆等。目前广泛使用的是水泥砂浆、石灰砂浆和混合砂浆,也即一般所指的砂浆。 砂浆的工作性,又称砂浆和易性,指新拌砂浆在运输和施工过程中不易分层、泌水,在砖、石或砌块上易铺成均匀的薄层、并能很好粘结的性能。工作性的好坏取决于砂浆的流动性和泌水性。流动性,指新拌砂浆在自重或外力作用下是否易于流动的性能。它以300克重的标准圆锥体,在10秒钟内沉入新拌砂浆深度的厘米数(称为稠度或沉入度)来评定。稠度值愈大,流动性愈好。在胶凝材料与细骨料用量一定时,稠度主要取决于用水量。泌水性(保水性的反义词),指新拌砂浆在运输和使用过程中泌出部分拌合水的性能。它以新拌砂浆静置一定时间内的泌水率(%)来评定。泌水率大的砂浆,在运输和使用过程中容易泌水、离析,使砂浆变得干稠,施工困难,砌体强度降低。泌水率与胶凝材料的品种和用量,细骨料的粒形、粒度和级配等有关。砂浆的强度,以边长7.07厘米的立方体试块、在规定条件下养护28天后进行抗压试验来评定。根据抗压强度的等级划分为若干砂浆标号。水工建筑常用标号有:25、50、]00、150及200号等。砂浆强度,当砂浆铺设于不吸水的底面(如密实的石材)时,取决于所用胶凝材料的强度与胶水比(砂浆中胶凝材料与拌合水的重量比);当铺设于吸水的底面(如砖或其它多孔材料)时,则取决于胶凝材料的强度与用量。因砂浆组成一与混凝上的差别仅在于无粗骨料,有‘关混凝土工作性、强度、耐久性等性能的变化规律,也基本适用于砂浆。砂浆中掺用粉煤灰,不仅可节约胶凝材料与砂子用量.而且还可改善砂浆的工作性 (林毓梅)
