胶银比分子式:CAS号:性质:指感光乳剂制备过程中各阶段用胶的总量与含银量的比值。它是乳剂制备过程中一个重要的控制因素。胶银比对乳剂颗粒的大小、卤化银微晶的结构、乳剂的感光特性、乳剂涂层的厚度、显影的速度以及解像力等都有重要影响。胶银比小,可实现薄层涂布,减少乳剂层的吸水膨胀性,有利于加快显影速度和提高解像力;但胶银比太小,则会降低对卤化银颗粒的保护作用,使黏度下降,影响涂布质量,容易产生摩擦灰雾。一般感光材料的胶银比为2:1至3:2左右。
