钴(II)-碳酸酐酶分子式:CAS号:性质:催化二氧化碳水合(可逆性)的酶。广泛存在于动物和植物的绿色组织以及细菌中。碳酸酐酶能以A、B、C三种稍微不同的形式存在,其活性C>B>A。钴(II)可被锌(II)置换(除植物的外)。碳酸酐酶分子近似椭球形,约为4×4.5×5.5nm3。金属离子处于中心附近的锥形腔底部,腔体深约1.5nm,口宽约2nm,与三个组氨酸残基配位形成近似四面体结构。第四个配位对周围介质开放,常被H2O(OH-)占据。磺胺类化合物为特异性抑制剂,特别是乙酰唑胺具有很强的抑制作用。此外,还受叠氮化物、氰基离子、硝酸盐离子、碘和溴离子等抑制。
