脉搏血氧饱和度脉搏血氧饱和度pulse oximetey,SaO2 指血红蛋白氧合程度的百分比(SaO2%)正常值大于95%,与血红蛋白量无关而与PaO2、PaCO2、pH、体温、2,3-磷酸甘油酸酯、ATP等有关。近年临床上采用脉搏血氧饱和度仪可显示血氧饱和度和脉率。SaO2%和PaO2有良好的相关性,该仪器使用方便,无需定标,无创伤性,能早期发现低氧血症,是麻醉和手术期间很有实用价值的监测仪。其采用的技术原理是通过放在指(趾)、耳垂和鼻尖等部位的探头传感器测定该部位小动脉血流中氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)与还原血红蛋白(Hb)对红色光与红外光量的百分比(波长分别为660nm和990nm),再换算为血氧饱和度。
