收缩时间间期收缩时间间期 是通过同时记录心电图、心音图和颈动脉搏动图或心前区高频阻抗图所得的三种基本数据来反映左室功能的方法。总电机械收缩时间:(QS2),从心电图上QRS波群的开始到心音图第二心音主动脉瓣高频成分之间的时间。左心室喷血时间(LVET)从颈动脉波升支开始到降支切凹处。喷血前期(PEP)由 QS2减去LVET所得。PEP/LVET比值正常为0.345±0.036,左心室功能不全时,比值增大。
