拆分分子式:CAS号:性质:用适当的方法将外消旋体里包含的两种对映体彼此分开,得到纯净的d体和l体的过程。方法如下。(1)晶体的机械分离法,根据两种对映体的晶形不同,在显微镜下慢慢用镊子挑选而达到分离。此法不能拆分液态化合物,而且比较麻烦,已被淘汰。(2)生化法,用微生物或酶来破坏外消旋体中的一种对映异构体而达到提纯的目的。缺点是操作过程要引入培养微生物或酶的原料纯化困难;拆分过程中至少要浪费一半的原料。(3)不对称反应析解法,让外消旋体与一种有旋光性拆分剂作用,生成非对映异构体,然后根据生成物物理性质的不同而加以分离。这是目前最常用的拆分法。(4)播种结晶法,根据对映体在溶液中具有不同的晶间力而进行拆分。(5)吸附法,根据对映异构体吸附能力不同而加以分离。
