会阴下降综合征会阴下降综合征perineal falling syndrome 一种盆底肌肉失调性疾病。最初为放射学诊断，而在正常时，上端肛管恰在耻骨联合与尾骨连线处，屏便时肛管不低于该线2cm；若低于2cm即为会阴下降。目前临床上也用该标准诊断本病。长期过度屏便可能是主要原因。排便困难是突出的症状。此外，有会阴部疼痛、大便失禁、尿失禁及阴道脱垂等。排粪造影可确诊。治疗上应指导患者避免屏便，必要时用泻剂、栓剂及灌肠等。如有直肠前壁黏膜脱垂，可采用注射疗法或胶圈套扎疗法。
