电控设备故障自诊断电控设备故障自诊断self-diagnosis of electrical control equipment  d旧nkong shebe一guzhongz一zhenduon电控设备故障自诊断(self一diagnosi,of elec-trical eontrol equipment)电气控制设备判别自身有无故障并确定故障部位的功能.20世纪50年代以来,电控设备的应用不断普及和扩大,对生产的作用愈加重要,及时发现电控设备故障和迅速排除故障已势在必行;计算机的发展,尤其是微型机的出现,使电控设备自诊断成为可能。电控设备自诊断和计算机自诊断有相同之处,一般是通过对有限数目的输人和输出量测比较来实现的;其不同之处,是电控设备故障要求发现及时、可靠诊断。电控设备自诊断方法可归为两类:数字系统诊断法和模拟系统诊断法。电控设备自诊断按使用状态可分成开机自诊断、在线自诊断和离线自诊断。 电控设备故障自诊断的难点在于要求自诊断完备、可靠、及时,从而要求执行自诊断的核心硬件要少、工作可靠,而且,该核心硬件也要受到监视.在实践中,模拟部分的自诊断,尤其是在线自诊断,难度较大。 数字系统诊断法常用方法有两种:①预定相盘测试法。用预先设定的测试集对数字电路和逻辑软件部分进行检验。②随机相量测试法。生成随机的愉人相量,检验输出响应和标准参考模型响应有无差别。这两种方法均获得了广泛的应用。 模拟系统诊断法主要方法有表决法、冗余法、估值法、拓扑法和分类法等。表决法是假定某功能模块损坏几率较小,设置相同的多个模块,当个别模块(1个)输出不同于其他模块(2个以上)输出时,判定该模块损坏.冗余法是指侧t盘较多,对比实测的输出量和由翰人盆按方程计算出的翰出量之间的差异来判定设备是否工作正常.估值法是利用数目少于系统参量的侧t值来估计故障参量.可分为确定性法和随机法。拓扑法是以被测系统的网络拓扑为基础来诊断故障的.分类法主要是故障字典法,将测得的特征与故障字典中的故障特征相比较,以达到故降定位的目的。 开机自诊断设备投人运行前,对设备的各个环节自动地进行侧试,用预定相量集对数字电路和逻辑软件进行侧试,用拓扑法、表决法等对模拟部分进行判断,从而判断设备是否满足合闸条件,否则不允许设备投人运行。 在线自诊断设备投人运行后,在不破坏设备正常运行的前提下,在线自诊断程序被周期地启动,对设备各主要部分、元件、模块进行检查,按冗余法、拓扑法等对整个设备进行诊断。当局部出现较小故障时,则告替的同时进行自恢复,而对于较严重的故障,则告警的同时进人停机操作。 离线自诊断设备停运的情况下,根据在线自诊断的信息,调用离线自诊断程序,对故障进行进一步分析提示,帮助人们迅速确定故障部位和原因,以及提示排除故障的措施。
