小牛血去蛋白注射液药物名称:小牛血去蛋白注射液英文名:Deproteinised Calf Blood Injection汉语拼音:主要成分:本品为小牛血去蛋白提取、精制而得,内含多种游离氨基酸和肽性状:本品为淡黄色的澄明液体。药理作用:本品能促进细胞对葡萄糖和氧的摄取与利用。在低血氧以及能量需增加等情况下,本品可以促进能量代谢。增加供血量。药代动力学:适应症:适用于 1.改善脑部血液循环和营养障碍性疾病(缺血性损害、颅脑外伤)所引起的神经功能缺损。 2.末稍动脉、静脉循环障碍及其引起的动脉血管病,腿部溃疡。 3.皮肤移植术;皮肤烧伤、烫伤、糜烂;愈合伤口(创伤、褥疮);放射所致的皮肤、粘膜损伤。用法与用量:本品可以用于静脉注射、动脉注射、肌肉注射,也可加入输液中滴注或加入200~300ml5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注,滴注速度约2ml/分钟。 脑部缺血性损害:每次20~30ml静脉滴注,一日一次,连续2~3周。 动脉血管病:每次20~50ml静脉滴注,一日一次,或每次20~50ml动脉或静脉注射,每周数次,四周一个疗程。 腿部或其它慢性溃疡,烧伤:每次10ml静注或5ml肌注,每日一次或每周数次,按愈合情况可加用本品局部治疗。 放射引起的皮肤,粘膜损伤的预防和治疗:在放疗期间,平均每日5ml静注。 放射性膀胱炎:每日10ml联合抗菌素治疗经尿道给药。不良反应:过敏反应极为罕见(例如荨麻疹,皮肤潮红,药物热,休克等)。如发生过敏反应立即停药,并给予抗过敏处理。禁忌症:对本品或同类药品过敏者禁用。注意事项:1.本品不宜与其它药物混合输注。 2.本品为高渗溶液,肌肉注射时要缓慢,注射量不超过5ml。 3.本品对母婴无不良影响,但使用时要注意对婴儿可能产生的潜在危险。规格:5ml:0.2g(总固体)。贮藏:遮光,密闭保存。有效期:暂定二年。处方药:
