生物表面活性剂分子式:CAS号:性质:具有表面活性剂性能的天然物质或由微生物如细菌、霉菌、酵母等经生物代谢产生的具有表面活性剂性能的物质。前者如皂素、卵磷脂,都是有代表性的天然生物表面活性剂。20世纪70年代后人们开始利用生物技术取得不同结构的生物活性剂,它们具有双亲性分子结构,如亲油基是脂肪酰或碳氢化合物组成;亲水基有糖类、多元醇类、多肽类或磷酸根组成。它们能降低表面或界面张力,有润湿、发泡、乳化、破乳等性能,易生物降解,对生态环境无害。可用于石油开采、海洋油污清除,以及用于化妆品、食品、医药作为乳化剂。
