肺炎支原体肺炎支原体mycoplasma pneumoniae 其形态特征除球形小颗粒外,其丝形体较短,长2~5μm。初次分离时,在含有足量血清的培养基中,尚需加入新鲜酵母浸膏。菌落出现较其他株缓慢,一般在10天左右。菌落呈圆屋顶形,表面有桑椹状细颗粒,无明显边缘。多次传代后,生长较快,菌落呈“油煎蛋”状。肺炎支原体对热和干燥非常敏感。4℃活1天,56℃很快灭活,冻干时能长期保存。对脂溶剂、去垢剂和碳酸甲醛等常用消毒剂敏感。对亚甲蓝、醋酸铊、青霉素抵抗较强,生长受四环素、红霉素和特异性抗血清的抑制。通过呼吸道传播,多发生在儿童和青、中年,秋冬季较多见。本病占非细菌性肺炎1/3以上。
