万古霉素万古霉素Vancomycini可抑制细菌细胞壁的合成,对金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌等作用强,对难辨校状芽孢杆菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌等作用也良好。与其他抗生素无交叉耐药性,极少耐药菌株。本品口服不吸收,静滴时必须先用注射用水溶解,滴注时间不得少于1小时。静滴过快有皮肤反应,浓度过高可致血栓性静脉炎;肌注可致剧烈疼痛,故不可肌注;有严重耳毒性及肾毒性,故只宜短期用于抢救。
