翻译后的蛋白质修饰分子式:CAS号:性质:把某些从mRNA释译出来的蛋白质修饰加工成能被生物体细胞利用的成熟蛋白质。也称翻译后的蛋白质修饰。生物体内发生翻译后的蛋白质修饰属于基因调控的一种方式,可使生物适应各种不同的复杂环境。修饰加工的主要方式包括:(1)某些以前体形式合成的没有活性的蛋白质,经蛋白酶水解后成为分子量较小但有活性的蛋白质;(2)在翻译后的蛋白质中,部分氨基酸受到乙酰化、羟基化、磷酸化或糖基化等修饰,或者两个半胱氨酸氧化形成二硫键;(3)某些修饰过的蛋白质会共价结合血色素、生物素等各种辅基。
