统计量统计量statistic统计推断过程中由观测值（即样本值）的函数所表达的量，即不含总体分布的任何未知参数的样本函数。在实际问题中，得到某些观测值后，往往从这些数据中很难一眼看清楚事物的规律，常常需要对数据进行一番“加工”和“提炼”，把数据中所包含的关于人们所关心的事物的信息集中起来，即针对不同的问题构造出样本的某种函数，这种函数就是统计量。常用的统计量有样本均值（即n个样本的算术平均值），样本方差（即n个样本与样本均值之间平均偏离程度的度量），样本极差（样本中最大值减最小值），众数，样本的各阶原点矩和中心矩。在非参数统计中有如下几种：①次序统计量。即把样本由小到大排列得到的统计量。②U统计量。由W.霍夫丁于1948年引进，在非参数统计中有广泛应用。③秩统计。也是非参数统计的一个主要工具。在样本加工为统计量的过程中，样本中所含的信息可能有所损失，若在将样本加工为统计量时，信息毫无损失，则称此统计量为充分统计量。将样本加工成统计量要求越简单越好，最简单的充分统计量叫极小充分统计量。统计量的另一个重要的基本概念是完全统计量，完全充分统计量是极小充分统计量。
