利用FinePrint在SolidWorks中实现拼图打印SolidWorks没有提供拼图打印功能是一个遗憾（可能对老美没有必要吧），但可以利用FinePrint进行拼图打印，虽然使用上麻烦一些，但要比一张一张地装图纸方便多了。 本文将介绍我使用过程中的一些参数设定的数据，希望能给用户带来一些方便。我利用FinePrint做到了标准A3,A4图纸的打印，A2的我没有试，因为平常我不做A2的图纸。先说以下我的机器配置情况：Win2000+SolidWorks2001打印机：Hpdesignjet430可用的打印纸：型号不知道，测量了一下尺寸，宽度为885的卷筒纸。利用Fineprint进行拼图的主要想法有如下三条： 通过设定虚拟打印机（Fineprint）的纸张大小，来控制：1、纸张最小（以便拼图）；2、能够按照1:1输出标准图纸到Fineprint打印文件；通过设定物理打印机的纸张大小，保证Fineprint 在拼图过程中不进行缩放（或者说，使利用虚拟打印机输出的打印文件恰好按照标准的图纸大小利用Fineprint 拼出来。）所使用的打印纸的要比A1的宽,图纸打印出来以后，要求留有部分纸边。 一、A3,A4 图纸的图纸格式的建立。 我使用的图纸格式如下图，请注意一定要绘制图纸的外框！也就是图中的297x210（A4）的矩形，也可以在对角线上绘制两个短线） 二、FinePrint 的安装 我使用的这个小软件是FinePrint 2000 Build 68, 已经忘记了从什么地方下载的。不过你可以从三维空间下载。（马上下载一个） 软件安装以后，机器就会添加一个打印机，你可以将它设为默认的打印机。 三、FinePrint 的设置 要设置FINEPRINT 的选项，应该首先使用某些应用软件的打印功能（如在SolidWorks、WORD中打印），下面说明一下如何设置有关参数。1) 利用SolidWorks 打开一个工程图文件；2)选择文件-打印，在打印对话框中选择：打印机名称为“Fineprint2000 ” (这就是你安装的虚拟打印机)，单击“属性”按钮，设置Fineprint的属性。纸张大小的设定 A4:230X335纵向；(可以 单击自定义，定义纸张大小)a3:432x332横向纸张大小的设定很重要奥！！！！！！！！！！3) 在“布局”标签下：布局选择“8面”（打印A3时，当然要选4面）“边缘”：关“边界”： 小（如果你选择“无”或其他的选项，则需要修改下面第5部的物理打印机纸张大小）打印机：这就是你的物理打印机。
